- Application completed and send to the Unted States Virgin Islands Superior Court.
- A valid Government issued identification.
- If either applicant has been married, an original copy of divorce decree
- If widowed, an original copy of death certificate, or certified of a copy.
- Application is approved within 8 days and has to be on the island applied for the license.
