- A valid passport from the country of both couples.
- Birth certificates showing the fathers' names.
- Proof of divorce, if either party has been previously married, along with the original or certified copy of the final divorce decree.
- If widowed, an original or certified copy of the death certificate.
- Parental or guardian consent is required if either individual is under 18 years of age; if a copy is provided, it must be certified.
- The occupations of both the bride and groom must be included in the application for the marriage license.
- All documents MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH. If any documents are not in English, a recognized translator MUST be present.
- The application must be submitted in advance, and the couple needs to be in Jamaica for at least 24 hours prior to the marriage ceremony.
Wedding Fees & Costs
