does not have residency period, which allows marriage licenses to be obtained within 24 hours of arrival with a same day marriage license application.
For those who apply for the regular marriage license, the couple is required to be in for two days prior to their wedding. As laws, fees, and requirements are subject to change, it is important that the couple to be married verify all information with the law and marriage license office before making any wedding or travel plans.

B Birth Certificate
C- If Applicant Has been Divorced, the divorce decree. Please note that the Original or Certified is presented as proof
D- If Applicant has been widowed, the marriage and death Certificates. If copy must be certified, of the deceased spouse.
E- If Applicant is under 18 years of age, a sworn affidavit of consent by guardian, Notarized and stamped by a Notary Public.
F- If the Applicant is or couple, or documentation is non-English, an Authenticated translator must be presented in addition to the originals if the required documentations are not in English
